1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) **Free Members Please Read This It's on the Upgrade Page As Well**
As stated on Upgrade Page all Free Members must invest at least $5 to get payout.

If you don't want to invest then go to forum and see post for Free Members and you can start earning you way to a Upgrade.
7) Pay using Credit Card with AlertPay...And most members know that they can pay this way now, the only problem is AlertPay puts a 7 days hold on funds to prevent charge backs and will continue for a total of 3 months or so and we are about half way thru that so it will stop 1- 2 months or so...
This hold on funds will delay your first payout by 2 days till funds clear.
8) PAYOUTS: All payouts are with AlertPay...Payout Max. is the total amount you will get per payout and remainder of your request will be lost...Payouts could be delayed due to things not under own control, servers down, AlertPay PayPal down etc. So days between payouts can change....But not likely
9) Posting Payment Proofs:
[1] Must Post Payment Proof in Forum Within 24 Hours of Payment or your next Payment will be delayed for up to 30 DAYS!!!!!! or MORE!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS.
[2] YOU MUST POST SCREEN SHOT if you don't your next payout will be delayed 15 to 30 days this is the most important thing for site to show others that RobertBux does pay...
[3] YOU MUST POST PAYMENT PROOF FIRST BEFORE REQUEST ANOTHER PAYOUT...If you don't post proof first then your next payout will be returned to your account balance and next payout will be delayed by 2 days...
When all members get paid the first thing they do is request another payout (that's OK) but then it takes days for some to post proof in forum, The first thing members should do is post proof then go request your next payout...
10) Negative post in Forum will not be accepted in any way and will hurt site Revenues and your account will be Deleted no questions asked...No Suspention Just Delete of your Account and Earnings.
11) We reserve the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
12) Your upline cannot be changed.
13) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
14) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
15) Our Upgrade Page is part of Terms of Service and what ever is on that page goes...No Exception.
